As a manager, you are an example of excellence, knowledge, and results for your entire team. Trade-oriented, you have a perfect command of sales techniques, are able to identify the expectations of our customers and be able to efficiently manage orders & customer order tracking. Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.) Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators. Identify causes of business slowdown, revenue decline and loss and propose action plans Participate in sales, Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development. Define your team’s objectives, support your actions towards achieving them. Ensure the application of the regulations in place (health, safety, procedures, etc.) and legal displays. Ensure store opening and closing. Ensure proper store maintenance (layout, signage, cleaning), supervise merchandising. Monitor operating account, manage cashbook, safe and cash deposit, assist with store budget development. Monitor inventory status, oversee supplies (receiving orders), prepare and complete inventories. Handle complaints from customers, suppliers, delivery companies. Our expectations Involvement in the success of your gallery First experience as Store Manager (at least 2 years experience) Fluency in English language required, both oral and written.
