  Direct Reports: Store Team
  Location: Warringah Mall, Northern Beaches
  We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
  You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, maintaining cost controls, and ensuring high standards of store presentation.
  As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve results, build a culture of high performance, and uphold company values and policies.
  This role requires strong people management, commercial acumen, and the ability to foster team engagement while ensuring operational excellence.
