Skills that make you shine:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment.
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Competent IT skills and excellent systems ability, with an aptitude to pick up new systems quickly.
• We don’t like hard sales techniques, but you’ll need to demonstrate a level of sales ability, which includes active listening skills, empathy, and an understanding of our customers’ needs.
• The ability to train and develop your team is an essential quality for this position.
• You’ll be analysing the store’s performance, so a strong analytical ability is a must have.
• You’ll be a great communicator with the ability to manage the concerns of the team.
• We like to keep our stores looking tip top, so you’ll have a keen eye for detail.
