Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Stores Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of all plant, stock, and equipment critical to our operations. Your role will ensure all tools, machinery, and safety equipment—including masks and decontamination units—are maintained, certified, and compliant with industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the storage, maintenance, and distribution of plant, stock, and equipment.
  • Organise and maintain up-to-date certification records for masks and other protective equipment.
  • Ensure decontamination units and other safety devices meet regulatory standards and are regularly checked.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to support timely equipment availability and compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient stores environment.
  • Implement and improve stock control procedures and compliance checks.
