Key Responsibilities:
*Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.

*Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and grow the customer base.

• Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest vaping products, trends, and regulations to educate staff and customers.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure product availability.
• Training and Development: Train new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
• Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years in general Customer Service or Retail, Business, Management or any Service sector

Must Have Minimum Level 4 or Level 5 or Level 6 or Level 7 or Level 8 or Level 9 Qualifications

• Must be able to work on Weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
