JOB OVERVIEW

KingsLuxe is searching for a sharp, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our Leicester flagship. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, embodies our brand, and sets the standard as our ultimate ambassador. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have past experience working with high-value fashion products.
  • Must have extensive fashion knowledge, with a strong understanding of streetwear culture, trends, and customer expectations.
  • You do not need past experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager but must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to mange, influence and inspire people.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, hit KPIs, and maximise company profitability.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building loyal client relationships.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage operations, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
  • A self-starter with initiative, able to make decisions confidently and take ownership of the store’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store activities, enforce brand standards, and ensure smooth opening/closing.
  • Drive store sales through setting daily, weekly and monthly individual & store targets.
  • Manage store staff, track team performance and carry out regular training sessions.
  • Administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring, responding to emails, responding to customers online etc, housekeeping, creating in-store promotions etc.
  • Enhance the Kings Luxe customer experience by handling VIP clients, resolving all issues, and ensuring a personalised service to all customers.
  • Keeping displays at a luxury standard and ensuring the stock room is always in order.
  • Visual merchandising of Kings Luxe shop floor highlighting individual pieces in prominent displays, dressing mannequins with the latest pieces, grouping items that compliment each other etc.
  • Ensuring the security of all Kings Luxe items in-store and the stock room.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory and deliveries.
