We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Store Manager for our Square One Mall location!

As a Store Manager, you will lead the team to provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients and maximize sales. Including but not limited to……

  • Oversee daily store operations by scheduling shifts, assigning duties, organizing meetings, and managing team calendars
  • Lead team to drive sales and meet targets by ensuring exceptional in-store customer experience, all while adhering to company standards and best practices
  • Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand, forecast potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ activities on sales, providing insights for head office reporting
  • Monitor and enhance the store’s customer service standards and staff performance, promptly address customer complaints, and escalate issues to higher management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new hires by conducting interviews and providing on-site training
  • Motivate and engage staff to uphold high morale and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive store environment
  • Ensure accurate stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing product availability
  • Source and liaise with head office and suppliers, monitor budgets effectively, and oversee weekly product restocking to ensure optimal inventory levels
