Job Summary Calling all conceptual thinkers, team players, and eyewear aficionados. Coming this November, KREWE is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Austin, TX store team. Responsibilities and Duties Lead local grassroots marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to stores, and generate incremental revenue Achieve store event and revenue targets Assist with sourcing and compiling market partners and brand activation opportunities Partner with Supervisor to ensure all in store/offsite partners and events are inline with brand standards Ensure all relevant event activation supplies and resources are delivered on time, including creative assets, product, and branded packaging Partner closely with marketing and PR to ensure a cohesive brand experience, look and feel depending upon the market and objective of the event Lead in store and offsite events through every step of the process including conceptualization, execution, and tracking/reporting results Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process Labor management and effective scheduling according to business requirements Operational excellence Effective hiring and training of all team members Act as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and candidates Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists Maintain visual brand standards at all times Act as a style advisor to every customer that walks through the door Enjoy the sun (as always)!
