POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Store Manager to lead our high-end speciality coffee shop. The Store Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high operational standards, managing and developing staff, and ensuring the shop’s financial and operational success. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, business acumen, and passion for speciality coffee culture.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BRAND REPRESENTATION

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and ethos of speciality coffee.
  • Organise and support community events, coffee tastings, and educational experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or retail management (speciality coffee or premium F&B experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for speciality coffee, brewing methods, and coffee culture.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and sales analysis.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
