We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Store Manager to lead our Lethbridge branch and oversee operations at our Medicine Hat location. This is a leadership role where you’ll be empowered to drive store performance, build lasting relationships with customers, grow sales, and mentor a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Lethbridge store
  • Provide high-level oversight and guidance to the Medicine Hat branch
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of frontline staff and drivers
  • Actively engage in outside sales: prospecting, quoting, and following up on leads
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and handle escalated service issues
  • Be accountable for meeting sales goals, margin targets, and branch performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing collision centers, body shops, dealerships, and industrial accounts
  • Assist with hiring, scheduling, team development, and store morale
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s Operations Manager for support, strategy, and issue resolution

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in retail/wholesale store management or sales leadership
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer-service skills
  • Strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, and self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable in both sales and operational leadership
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with the collision repair industry is a strong asset, but not required
