  • Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in store management in the footwear and/or RTW industries;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for sneakers;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle high-pressure situations;
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
  • Fluent German
  • Proficient in English (min. B2); a second language is a plus.
