What you'll be doing: Delivering customer service that's second to none. Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets. Coaching, training, and developing your brand‑new Best team. Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation. Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day‑to‑day operations. As a recently opened kids concept store, you will play a key role in embedding strong foundations—building an engaging team culture, refining store operations, and ensuring the store continues to perform strongly following launch. We're a fast‑paced and dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same! About you: 3+ years' management experience in high‑volume retail. A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management. A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies. This role is active and hands‑on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet—assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best.
