• Managing our store in London and ensuring its success.
• Coordinating with multiple external service providers needed to maintain a store sustainably.
• Creating a customer-focused and business-oriented atmosphere with the Emma DNA for SleepMasters (sales staff).
• Reporting on purchasing and customer trends and using this as input for future tests.
• Developing and implementing impactful tests to improve sales, customer experience or store traffic.
• Coordinate, motivate and guide your SleepMasters to achieve goals.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Be an inspiring example for team members through high performance and full ownership.
• Collaborate and support your team in developing impactful tests to further improve store performance.
