RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Drive business growth through exceptional client service, styling, and relationship building
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value
  • Utilize CRM tools to cultivate and maintain a strong client book
  • Identify opportunities for new business and client acquisition within the local market
  • Analyze store performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven culture
  • Lead by example on the sales floor through active customer engagement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities
  • Ensure all team members embody the values and standards of Officine Générale

Client Experience

  • Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience for every client
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge, craftsmanship, and the story behind each collection
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, stock organization, and loss prevention procedures are followed
  • Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, payroll, and administrative responsibilities
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Community & Events

  • Develop relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
  • Strong clienteling and CRM experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and customer service
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a local business
  • Additional languages are a plus
