We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the store reflects the brand, and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and positive environment where every team member feels empowered to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work culture.

  • Sales Management: Set and drive sales targets, ensuring both individual and team goals are met while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service to all clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand standards, showcasing jewelry in an inviting, elegant manner.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development for your team, helping them grow their skills and knowledge of products.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment, and ensure inventory is accurately tracked.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer insights and ensure their feedback is acted upon to continually improve the in-store experience.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector. Previous experience in managing a team and achieving sales targets is essential.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to create lasting relationships.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of retail operations, sales performance analysis, and inventory management.
