Your ResponsibilitiesStore PerformanceSales Ownership: You own sales, profitability and the store’s key KPIs, translate performance insightsinto clear actions and report results directly to management.Reporting & Finance: You prepare regular sales, cost and performance reports, compile store-levelfinancial and balance-sheet-related documentation for management and accounting and closelymonitor budgets and variances.Store Operations: You oversee day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, cash-management processes,credit notes, complaints, store standards, visual merchandising and the continuous improvement ofworkflows.Brand Experience: You bring Mockberg to life in store and ensure a personal, premium and consistentcustomer experience.CRM & Clienteling: You act as a central point of contact for our German-speaking store customers,proactively nurture customer relationships and work closely with our Customer Service team.
