Duties and Responsibilities · Working towards monthly and daily targets. · Store day-to-day operations. · Plan day to day task & rooster for sales executives · On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization · Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays · Ensure adherence to SOP at store · Stock Management · Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction · Excellent work ethic and time management skills · Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing · Maintaining accurate records · Completion of monthly staff evaluation. · Completion of all KPIs as defined by the organization. Requirements Key tasks · Sales o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching) o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP. o Demonstrating and presenting products o Support the customer to identify the right perfume · Store cleanliness and merchandising. · Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team. · Stock Audits · Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis · DSR and daily checklists. · Monitoring staff performance. · Placing stock request to HO · Validating and receiving stock. · Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required. Qualification · Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands. · Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales · Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.
