We are currently hiring a Store Manager for a well-known Australian fashion and lifestyle retail chain. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates who are eager to grow their careers in retail management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
· Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
· Proficiency in inventory, sales, and operational procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage all aspects of store operations.
· Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies
· Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.
· Liaise with the regional management team to maintain alignment with brand and operational goals.
