As a Sales Executive, you will create a welcoming customer experience by helping customers discover products, styling ideas and stories that suit their needs and lifestyle, while managing the complete customer journey from greeting and personalised recommendations to styling, mobile POS checkout, careful packaging and farewell. You will develop broad product knowledge across the store while building expertise in selected categories; experience in women’s fashion, beauty or cosmetics retail is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Welcome customers naturally while respecting personal space and culture• Understand customer needs before recommending products or styling ideas• Explain product specifications, curation stories and lifestyle fit• Provide fitting-room support while protecting customer privacy• Complete cash and card sales accurately using approved POS access• Confirm items, package purchases carefully and provide a sincere farewell• Maintain approved VMD, sales-floor, fitting-room and product-care standards• Coordinate replenishment and stock enquiries with the Receiving Clerk• Collect customer details only with consent and through approved systems• Refer returns, discounts, refunds and compensation requests to the manager for approval• Accurately process sales while protecting products, payment devices and customer information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR• 2+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle or premium retail preferred• Experience in consultative or styling-led sales preferred• High school diploma or equivalent• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage• Strong customer listening and styling skills• Ability to communicate product stories in an engaging way• Strong digital POS and transaction accuracy• Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach• Genuine passion for customer experience, fashion, lifestyle and culture

Reports to: Assistant Manager – RetailOperational oversight: Outlet Manager

THE ROLE• Shift-based schedule• Extended standing and walking• Mobile POS and stock handling• Participation in events, launches and stock counts
