We are looking for an experienced luxury retail professional with an established client network and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.Experience in a Mount Street boutique is particularly valued, as is a strong understanding of Mayfair’s local and international luxury clientele.With over 160 years of Italian craftsmanship, Borsalino brings a distinctive heritage and timeless elegance to one of London’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations. This is an opportunity to help establish our new boutique and develop its client community from the outset.What you will doOffer a warm, discreet and highly personalised service to local residents and international visitors.
• Guide clients through our collections, sharing the craftsmanship and heritage behind each Borsalino creation.
• Develop the boutique’s client base through proactive clienteling, thoughtful follow-up and personal appointments.
• Identify new business opportunities and build connections within the local luxury community, including nearby hotels and concierge teams.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s overall performance.
• Support daily boutique operations and maintain exceptional standards of presentation and service.
• What you will bringSolid experience in luxury retail, with a strong record of sales performance and client development.
• An established network of luxury clients and a proven ability to nurture relationships that generate repeat business. This is a key requirement for the role.
• Current or previous experience in Mount Street or the wider Mayfair luxury retail area is strongly preferred.
• A confident, consultative approach to selling, sound commercial judgement and discretion.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to working in a small boutique team.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
