JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the retail team in our Swarovski Partner Store in Leeds Trinity. In this role you will create an excellent work environment that ensures an outstanding customer and employee experience.
As the leader of a premium fashion brand store, you will drive the team to success by motivating and coaching staff to achieve their sales targets, grow customer loyalty and promote the Swarovski products through the development of excellence in customer service.
You will have keen eye for fashion, a genuine interest in the Swarovski Brand and a real passion for their products.
It is essential that you have previous retail management experience, have excellent customer service skills as well as commercial focus as, not only will you be fully responsible for Sales and People Management, you will also play an active part on the shop floor.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in sales management.

  • Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail trends is highly desirable.
