We are Opinions, Ltd.—a dynamic, growing, market research firm—seeking a proactive, goal driven manager for our location on George St. in Croydon. This is a high paced, demanding, time sensitive position that requires you to be effective at communicating day to day operations to your staff, clients, our other locations, and the main office.

• Hiring, training, and motivating staff to recruit and conduct surveys with mall shoppers
• Maintaining client satisfaction and communications
• Scheduling and payroll
• Editing and shipping field work
• Recruiting respondents from mall, as necessary.
• You and your staff must be able to handle the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
  Confidentiality and honesty are an integral part of our company, as we are an essential step in new product development and advancement.
  This is a salary position and requires a 40 hour work week.
  Experience in management is preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
