Job Description As Store Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Merivale store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and brand growth. Your role will include: Sales & Customer Experience Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling Achieve store and individual sales targets Build strong customer relationships and grow the database Brand & Community Host in-store events to boost brand awareness Represent the brand with passion Store Operations Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation Oversee budgets, rosters, and KPIs Ensure smooth day-to-day operations Team Support Develop team styling skills and product knowledge Foster a positive, customer-focused store environment Qualifications You’re a natural leader with a passion for fashion and customer experience.
