Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee the daily operations of the QSR, making mexican favourites, ensuring profitability, staff performance, excellent customer service, food quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all aspects of QSR operations.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and motivate staff.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
  • Oversee health and safety, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, costs, and inventory.
  • Conduct audits, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Resolve customer and staff issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and engage with the community.
