• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Supervise, schedule, and lead the store team to meet performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle complaints effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.
• Drive store sales, analyze performance, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to brand standards.
• Handle cash, POS operations, and ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Train and develop staff to ensure quality service and product knowledge.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts.
