Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for Store Manager

• take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your store and its performance
• effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve key KPIs
• plan rotas, place and monitor orders, check inventory and set the goals for each shift
• solve problems swiftly to ensure your team can focus on their tasks
• handling daily and weekly cashing up reports
• recruit, train and develop your team to ensure productivity levels are high
• cooperation with Head Office and other stores’ managers
  Shop Managers work a 40-hour week. However, this is not a Monday to Friday job. You’ll be expected to work weekends as it’s often the busiest time, so you’ll need to be on-hand. You will have your office space, but you’ll be also expected to spend plenty of time on the shop floor too. Once you’ve learned the ropes and gained more experience, there are opportunities to move to bigger stores with more responsibility.
