Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations (sales, stock, repairs, customer service)
  • Lead and motivate a small team to meet sales targets
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering & product displays
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain store presentation & compliance
  • Assist in promotions and social media presence

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience (mobile/tech industry preferred)
  • Excellent leadership & customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving & organizational abilities
  • Reliable, motivated & able to work independently
