Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Store Manager to lead one of our bustling Melbourne locations. This is a pivotal role for a hands-on leader who eats operational challenges for breakfast and thrives on developing a winning team. You’ll be the driving force behind your store’s success, from daily operations to delivering unforgettable customer moments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the Captain of Operations: Steer the ship by managing day-to-day operations, from opening to closing. You’ll ensure everything runs smoother than a fresh slice of avocado, upholding our top standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Build & Inspire Your Ohana: You’ll recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of poke masters. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy culture where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best.
  • Deliremarkable Customer Experience: Lead from the front by modeling exceptional customer service. You’ll empower your team to turn every guest into a regular, handling any feedback with professionalism and aloha.
  • Drive Success & Growth: Take ownership of your store’s financial health. You’ll monitor sales, manage inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to boost profitability and smash targets.
  • Guardian of Quality & Consistency: Conduct regular checks to ensure every bowl that leaves the counter is perfect, every time. You’ll be the standard-bearer for our recipes, presentation, and brand promise.
