JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Store Manager to lead our Formula 1 apparel store. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy retail environment, understands sports/lifestyle branding, and can bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life through exceptional retail execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 2–3 years of experience in retail management (fashion/sports apparel preferred).
· Proven leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven retail setting.
· Availability to work within scheduled store hours including weekends and special events.
· Tech-savvy with knowledge of POS systems and reporting tools.
· Intermediate level of English required, other languages are preferred but not essential.
· A high school diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a degree, even better!
· Passion for motorsport and customer engagement.
· Strong understanding of the Formula 1 brand, its fan culture, and seasonal calendar preferred but not essential.

· Oversee all aspects of store operations with a focus on brand experience, sales growth, and team development
· Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service to F1 fans, collectors, and newcomers alike
· Manage inventory levels, product launches, and visual merchandising in line with Formula 1 branding and store guidelines
· Drive store performance by analyzing KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion) and taking action on insights
· Onboard, and train a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team
· Ensure compliance with all operational policies and merchandising standards
· Organize and execute in-store promotions, new season launches, and race-weekend activations
· Maintain a clean, immersive, and engaging store environment that reflects the high standards of the sport
