Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage store performance, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards. Manage all aspects of store staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team development. Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics to drive revenue and profitability. Collaborate closely with HQ departments including Operations, HR, Finance, and Training. Support new store openings and stabilization phases as needed. May be requested to work in other locations from time to time Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed. Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin and English as a plus. Valid U.S. driver’s license & work authorization. 1+ year of retail or store management experience preferred. Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills. High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience. Long-term career interest in retail management Willingness to relocate to other states as needed after the initial training period in NY. Training & Development Path New York Headquarters Training (Approximately 2 months): Comprehensive training on company culture, store operations, and leadership fundamentals In-Store Management Internship (Approximately 1 month): Hands-on training at an established store location Upon successful completion of training and evaluation, candidates will be appointed as Store Managers for local stores Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Compensation & Benefits $78,000 base salary 10% Quarterly Performance Bonus Quarterly store net profit bonus Monthly relocation assistance up to 3 years.
