Job Title- Store Manager Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales & Business Management Drive overall dealership performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market share and customer acquisition. Monitor sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory performance. Collaborate with OEM partners on marketing campaigns and product launches. 🔹 Customer Experience Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first contact to vehicle delivery. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure strong showroom presentation and full brand compliance. 🔹 Operations Management Oversee daily store operations including inventory, test drives, and delivery processes. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and brand guidelines. Manage dealership budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. 🔹 Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams to reach performance goals. Conduct coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews. Build a collaborative, positive, and high-performing workplace culture. 🔹 Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinate with marketing teams on local campaigns, promotions, and events. Represent the dealership at EV exhibitions, trade shows, and community activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or retail management. Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Strong understanding of EV technologies and sustainable mobility trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Experience in the Nordic market is a strong advantage. Fluency in English required; Dutch highly preferred.
