OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager (Sales Manager) to lead our retail team and drive store performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, a passion for retail sales, and a love of all things nerdy! As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your ability to effectively manage inventory, budgets, and team development will be key to the store’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail leadership. Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Experience in budgeting, payroll management, and bookkeeping practices.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of pricing strategies in retail environments.
