ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Acai Brothers team in Narre Warren, VIC. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time role that offers ample opportunities for career development within our growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising
  • Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
  • Analyse store performance data and implement operational improvements
  • Collaborate with the Concept Eight management team on strategic initiatives
