We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic Site Manager to join our team. This position will spearhead operations across retail, car wash, and food service departments, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, including oversight of food safety, preparation standards, and department compliance. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a productive environment that aligns with our brand’s vision. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership Excellence: Inspire, motivate, and manage a team across retail, food service, and car wash operations to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. * Operations: Oversee daily site operations, including retail merchandising, inventory management, food service production, and car wash functionality. * Food Service Oversight: Ensure the food service department operates in full compliance with company procedures, including food preparation, sanitation, safety standards, and staff training. Provide direction and accountability to the Food Service Manager. * Customer Focus: Create a customer-centric culture across all departments, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment and high-quality food and service standards. * Sales Strategy: Work with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies across retail and food service to drive revenue growth and profitability. * Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations across the site. Job Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience (multi-department or food service environment preferred) * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs * Strong leadership and team management skills across diverse operations * Experience overseeing or working within a food service operation strongly preferred * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and compliance requirements * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems * Ability to analyze sales data and market trends across both retail and food service * Experience in inventory management, including food and perishable products * Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning * Ability to train and develop staff, including food service personnel * Understanding of health and safety regulations in both retail and food environments * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays * Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills * Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence Qualifications: * Proven retail management experience * Food service leadership or supervisory experience preferred * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills * Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day * Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds * Ability to bend, reach, and perform physically active tasks as required in both retail and food service environments Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision * Paid Sick Leave * Paid Vacation * Paid Holidays * 401(k) Additional Information: This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
