About the Role 

Are you passionate about fresh food and great coffee? We're seeking a Multi-Site Manager to lead two high performing service stations in Griffith, NSW - one a classic convenience store, the other featuring a thriving food and coffee offer. If you love creating memorable food experiences and inspiring teams, this is your chance to make your mark! 

What You'll Do 

• Champion exceptional customer experiences, whether it's on the foreceourt or in the shop
• Drive the success of our food and coffee offering, making sure every customer enjoys fresh, top-quality choices whenever they visit
• Lead and motivate teams across both sites, building a culture centred on food excellence and outstanding service
• Drive Sales and profitability, with a commercial mindset and a passion for food retail
• Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation, and customer experience 
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional food and coffee everyday 
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring both sites run smoothly and safely to meet the demands of 7-day trading

What we're looking for 

• Proven experience in food retail, convenience, grocery or multi-site management
• A genuine passion for food, coffee and customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
