O’Donnell Moonshine is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, dependable, and inspiring Store Manager to head up our team in the St David’s Centre, Cardiff, and share our one-of-a-kind moonshine with shoppers this festive season. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results
• Overseeing all daily store operations and ensuring full compliance
• Managing daily banking and cash handling procedures
• Driving sales and meeting performance targets
• Delivering first-class customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience
• Merchandising and keeping stock displays attractive and on-brand
• Carrying out stock checks and managing inventory levels
• Enforcing Challenge 25 and maintaining policy compliance
• Ensuring a safe and compliant workplace at all times
