We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Store Managers – both individuals and couples – to join our Relief/ Permanent Management Team, supporting day-to-day operations across multiple store locations.

We are seeking passionate single & management couples to join our dynamic team in one of our remote locations. This is not just a job- it’s an adventure! You’ll have the chance to work side by side, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with community while exploring some of Australia’s most isolated locations.

You will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community while upholding the store’s commercial performance and reputation.

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision
  • Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies
  • Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service
  • Support with staff training initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of experience and passion, including:

  • Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams.
  • Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls.
  • Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia
