ParCiti Indoor Golf is Arlington’s premier indoor golf simulator venue — where cutting-edge technology meets a vibrant social atmosphere. We offer golf leagues, lessons, fittings, and club repairs, plus a bar, café, and event space for everything from casual outings to corporate gatherings.We’re looking for a Manager who is passionate about hospitality, sports, and creating memorable guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management- Opening and closing the store as needed- Ensuring compliance with Virginia ABC alcohol regulations- Overseeing bar, café, and event services to ensure top-notch guest experiences- Generating contracts for events, leagues, and corporate bookings- Managing building maintenance and vendor relationships- Partnering with the Assistant Manager to execute smooth daily operations- Driving sales through event programming, partnerships, and promotions- Overseeing ParCiti’s Instagram/social media presence to maintain consistent brand voice- Monitoring financial performance, inventory, and operational goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment management experience- Strong leadership and team management skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment- Knowledge of Virginia alcohol regulations (ABC compliance)- Experience with event planning, contracts, and guest relations- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Basic social media management experience (Instagram preferred)- Passion for golf, sports, or entertainment venues is a plus
