• Manage staffing, stock, waste and operating costs effectively.
• Oversee safe, efficient operations across the store, forecourt and post office.
• Build strong customer relationships and strengthen our place in the local community.

What you’ll bring

• Proven management experience in convenience, grocery or forecourt retail.
• A track record of improving sales, standards and team performance.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence managing budgets and performance targets.
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to motivate people.
• Energy, initiative and a clear sense of what makes a great store.
• Experience with Centra, forecourt operations or post office services would be an advantage.
