QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in a fullservice restaurant is required
  • Proven ability to lead and develop highperforming teams
  • Strong skills in financial management, cost control, and scheduling
  • Experience handling HR functions and employee development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong professional references required

Responsibilities
  • Foster a fun, upbeat, and professional environment that motivates staff and enhances guest experience.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bar, including special events, happy hours, and themed nights. Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with customers and attract new patrons.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, private parties, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance and event planning.
  • Supervise, train, and develop Team Leaders, Shift Managers, and hourly staff to uphold high service standards.
  • Drive sales while maintaining labor, food, and operational costs within company targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
  • Oversee daily cash handling and adherence to financial controls.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong and motivated team.
  • Conduct performance reviews, address HR issues, and manage employee relations.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, implement promotions, and adapt operational procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and oversee facility/equipment care and preventive maintenance.
  • Keep accurate reports and records in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.
