Manage inventory, including ordering and product displays, to maximize sales and minimize waste. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the store and increase foot traffic. Proven experience in a management role within the retail or foodservice industry. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. A passion for food and coffee, with knowledge of products to engage customers. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive sales and improve operations. Experience with inventory management and vendor relations.
