We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales management.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
• Experience in recruiting, training & development, and supervising teams.
• Proficient in POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.
• Solid math skills for budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and payroll.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a knowledgeable and effective team.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash management including cash handling, cashiering duties, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain an organized store environment that reflects the brand’s image.
