Our client, a well known mid to high end premium distinctive global menswear retailer, is seeking a strong Store Manager and 2 x Managers in Training for their busy stores at South Wharf and Melbourne's CBD. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPI's as set by the company
• Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed by our VM team
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
• Processing and replenishing stock  

About you

• Experienced Assistant Manager OR Store Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
• You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
• You are passionate about all things fashion with great styling skills
