Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new store opening at the Mall of the Netherlands. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business results through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Development:
  • Create an inclusive working environment fostering a customer-centric mindset
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
  • Drive product knowledge and selling culture excellence
  • Provide inspirational leadership to achieve sales and profitability targets
  1. Business & Client Development:
  • Maximize category performance through effective brand storytelling
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop strategies to optimize sales opportunities
  • Lead implementation of brand standards and visual presentations
  1. Operations Management:
  • Manage store staffing schedules and optimize productivity
  • Monitor and control operational costs and shrinkage
  • Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with regional management on strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Proven retail management experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in new store openings preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and profitability
  • Experience in team development and leadership

This position will report to the District Manager/Regional Director and will be responsible for achieving business objectives while maintaining Ralph Lauren’s high standards of customer service and brand representation.
