REQUIREMENTS

• DHA Licensed Dermatologist / Cosmetologist (Specialist or Consultant).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven retail management experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Passionate, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Russian and Arabic are a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring daily performance tracking and coaching.
• Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets, optimizing processes and procedures.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and an engaging shopping experience for all clients.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintaining smooth workflows and operational excellence.
• Support local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
• Actively participate in sales, leading by example and contributing to overall performance.
