What You’ll Do As our Store Manager, you’ll run the show—balancing leadership, operations, and customer care. Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service. Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance. Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty. Maintain Standards: Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance. Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence. What You Bring 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager). Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required).
