Execute and supervise daily E-commerce warehouse operations, including Picking, Put-away, Decanting, Replenishment, Order Processing and Dispatch, ensuring planned daily volumes, SLAs and target throughput are achieved.
Conduct daily manpower, resource and capacity planning based on projected e-commerce volumes and operational requirements.
Ensure manpower is deployed within the approved budget and effectively utilized to achieve target productivity for each warehouse activity.
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including DC Operations, Maintenance, IT, Documentation, Control Tower and other support functions, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
