REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS systems

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards
• Train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention policies
