With a well-established presence in Australia they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to take responsibility for the national Training and Store Management strategies across a specific appliance vertical. 

Focusing on the development, execution and creation of national integrated training and In-store business strategies to ensure the highest level of efficiency & productivity is achieved across retail training & product displays.

Ideal candidates will have: 

• Solid experience in Retail Store Management.
• Demonstrable proof of strategic in-store product management & planning.
• Experience in the creation & execution of retail product training strategies & development
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management & organisational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office software suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
