Are you an experienced furniture retail leader who knows how to turn a showroom into a high-performing sales environment?

We’re partnering with an established furniture retailer to find an experienced Showroom Manager who can lead from the front, develop a strong sales culture and deliver exceptional commercial results. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely understands furniture retail — the customer journey, considered purchases, relationship-led selling and the importance of converting showroom traffic into results.

You’ll be visible on the floor, working alongside your team while creating the structure, accountability and energy needed to drive performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading, coaching and motivating a showroom sales team
• Driving sales, GP and overall showroom performance
• Creating a strong culture of accountability and customer service
• Coaching your team around conversion, average sale and sales opportunities
• Leading from the front and remaining active in the sales process
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Monitoring individual and team performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve commercial results
• Maintaining premium showroom presentation and operational standards
• Creating an environment where your team is motivated to achieve

What We're Looking For:

• Previous furniture retail experience
• Proven retail or showroom management experience
• A strong personal sales track record
• Demonstrated success improving team or store performance
• Confidence working with sales targets and commercial KPIs
• Strong coaching and people-leadership capability
